This metric looks at the total of all the feedback given divided by the number of invoices that had a feedback given
Example - If there were 100 invoices within a date range out of which 20 had feedback given against them that added up to 85 Score. Then the average feedback would be 85 Divided by 20 i.e. 4.25

Reports β Search for Feedback V2 report β Select all values under Category, Subcategory and Service drop downs -> Appointment Status = Closed and Invoice Status = Closed -> Select centers as displayed in ezPulse β Export report as Excel
If you see a green bubble on left top corner of Rating column select all rows of the column and Format to Number
Now move to the last row and add an Average formulae to all the rows in Rating column. Format the formulae cell and select 1 decimal place, Metric to match is the formulae cell
