I. Getting started
Download the app “ezPulse by simplified io” from the App Store or Play Store.
ezPulse has a web application https://ezpulse.simplified.io/ for managers/leaders/owners.
The web application can be accessed on a computer/laptop using Safari/Chrome/Edge browsers. Firefox has limited functionality.
You can use the web application to
Set your center or employee-level goals by location.
Select metrics for the organization.
Enable leaderboard
II. Login
ezPulse doesn’t require separate a username/password. You will be able to use
your Zenoti username and password.
On the ezPulse Mobile app:
• Enter your Zenoti username and password.
This will be the same username and password that you use to log in to all other Zenoti products.
• For Account name, please enter your Zenoti Account Name. For example, if your core Zenoti application is demo.zenoti.com, then the account name is demo.zenoti.com
On the ezPulse Web app:
• Link: https://ezpulse.simplified.io/
• Enter your Zenoti username and password.
• For Account name, please enter your Zenoti Account Name.
For example, if your core Zenoti application is demo.zenoti.com, then the account name will be demo.zenoti.com
III. ezPulse Views
ezPulse has two views – Business View and Staff View.
A business view is assigned to owners/managers/leaders. The business view enables users
To view metric data for the locations they have access to in Zenoti.
Set and track employee goals for these locations.
Set and view center-level goals
View the leaderboard of the staff.
Get on-demand refresh for the metric data
A staff view is assigned to the providers/staff.
View only their data for the metrics.
View and track their goals.
Access to the leaderboard, when enabled.
Staff members can get started by simply downloading the app and entering their Zenoti username/password.
IV. Five things to make the most of ezPulse.
As you onboard, the in-app product feature tour will guide you on the capabilities
of ezPulse. Here are six things to make the most out of ezPulse for your
organization.
Set-up
1. Select metrics that are relevant for your Organization from the collection of
50+ metrics. While the dashboard is pre-configured with a list of metrics, we recommend reviewing your metrics before proceeding further. The metrics on the
dashboard can be changed any time. The info icon displays the definition of the
metric and information on comparing data with Zenoti reports (v2).
2. Once the metrics are selected, invite your team. You can invite them using the
'Invite users' feature in the app.
ezPulse is free to use for providers and non-managerial staff.
Engaging with your staff:
3. Provide direction by creating goals. Create for employees/center for the
week/month/quarter. You can create goals in less than a minute by using the
Copy from Spreadsheet Feature. Learn more about how to use goals.
4. Leaderboards help create healthy competition among your employees.
Recognize top performers on the leaderboard to drive better outcomes. Make it
even more engaging by enabling a leaderboard across all your locations.
Staying connected:
5. Never miss an update by keeping your notifications on. All your notifications
are accessible in-app as well.
