SmartBot introduces a seamless way for your guests to manage their upcoming appointments with ease and convenience.

How does it work?:

Asking About Upcoming Appointments:

  • SmartBot can promptly address your guests' queries about their upcoming appointments.

  • Example: If a guest asks questions like "What is my upcoming appointment?" What are my future appointments? What appointments do I have scheduled for the future? When is my next appointment?, SmartBot will display the list of upcoming appointments, providing essential details like service type, date, and time.

Managing Upcoming Appointments:

  • πŸ“² SMS Bot: Guests can select "Manage upcoming appointments" from the menu options in the SMS Bot interface. This grants them the flexibility to reschedule or cancel appointments as needed.

  • πŸ’» Web Bot: Initially, the option won't appear without phone number validation. However, if guests ask upcoming appointment related questions like "What's my upcoming appointment?", then SmartBot seamlessly guides them through providing their phone number, ensuring they stay on top of their schedule effortlessly.
