How Quickbook helps existing guest rebook their appointment faster, and easier.

SmartBot's Quickbook feature allows existing guests to rebook the same appointment with just a few clicks.

When a returning guest selects Book, the bot will ask if they would like to rebook theie previous appointment again.

Note: This will only be offered if the service is available and catalog enabled, and the stylist is available.

Here’s how this looks for the guest:

If the guest selects Yes, they will then be asked to select the date and time and confirm their appointment.

If the guest selects No, the standard booking flow will resume.

Note: If the guest has booked multiple appointments before, the service will be listed, and the guest will be asked to select which, if any, they’d like to rebook.
