SmartBot's Call Center Number Support streamlines the booking process by providing a single call center number for all locations.

Guests can conveniently select their preferred location via text, eliminating the need to navigate through a lengthy list on a call and ensuring a faster and more efficient experience.

How to set up Call Center Number Support:

1. Navigate to Settings > General Settings

2. Select from the two options, depending on how you want to group your locations.

If your locations all fall under one region, select ‘Location selection without regions’ and click ‘Save’.

If you wish to divide your locations into smaller regions, select ‘Location selection with regions.’

If you selected ‘Location selection with regions’, you will need to input your chosen regions where your centers are.

Add a general area (i.e. state, region, city) to help narrow down the selection for your guests. For example, "New York" or “Vancouver”, and select your locations within that region from the dropdown menu.

To add more regions, simply click the ‘Add new Region’ button.

Once all your locations (up to 25) have been assigned to your regions, click Save.

What will guests see after they are redirected?

Once set up, if you have selected regions, your guests will first receive a text asking them to select from these regions to help narrow down the selection.

Next, they will be asked to select from the list of locations you have assigned to that region.

If no regions were selected during set up, the process will start from here.

NOTE: If a guest has an existing appointment with the chosen location, ‘Reschedule’ will also show up as an option in the menu.
