2. Enter the email ID and password included in your ezConnect WhatsApp welcome email, and click Login.

3. Under Channels, hover over the WhatsApp section, and click Request Access.

4. A pop up will open to connect to your Facebook Business Account. Click Continue to Facebook.

5. Login with your Facebook credentials, and click on Get started.

6. Click on Continue.

7. Select a verified Business Account from the dropdown menu, (verified accounts will have a green tick). Once selected, click Next.

8. Add your business name, and select Beauty, Spa and Salon from the Category dropdown menu. Once complete, click Next.

9. Enter the phone number you wish to use for WhatsApp and choose either text or call to receive your OTP. Enter when prompted and click Next.

Note: Please provide a phone number not already associated with WhatsApp (Personal or Business account). If you’d like to use a phone number already associated with a WhatsApp account, you’ll first need to delete that existing account.

10. Repeat the above for each of the centers you wish to onboard.
