Why do I need to get an account verified by Meta?
This is mandatory to access WhatsApp for Business features. Unverified accounts are limited to 50 contacts and messages per day. Verified accounts start with 1000 contacts per day and can increase based on Meta's tiers.
Verification also offers access to features like Instagram shopping, app ads, higher ad spend limits, and increased reach on WhatsApp Business.
What do I need to get my Business Account verified by Meta?
You will need to provide your business details and submit business documentation. See full details below.
How long will the process take?
Verification is an independent process by Meta and can take from 2 business days to 2 weeks.
Note: If your status has not been updated after 3 business days, write to support@simplified.io and include your business name and your Facebook business manager ID.
