How does this feature work?

SmartBot will send an automated follow-up message to users who don't complete their booking to encourage them to restart the conversation with SmartBot, or complete their booking through your webstore.


When will the alert message be sent?

The reminder message is sent out after 10 mins of inactivity on Web bot and will be sent as a text message after 30 minutes of inactivity on SMS bot.


What is included in the message?

The reminder message informs users that they can either restart the conversation with SmartBot by replying โ€˜Hiโ€™, or book online by clicking on the webstore URL included.

Note: No set-up is required, and this feature is available by default for all SmartBot customers.
