Due to popular demand, Multiple services booking in SmartBot via Webstore redirection is now available.
Leveraging this feature, guests can book more than one service via SmartBot.
Here's how:
The service selection prompt will have ‘Multiple services booking’ as an option. If a guest clicks on it, they get redirected to the Webstore via a URL.
If the guest types in two or more service names, the bot will recognize it as a request for multiple services and provide the Webstore URL for redirection.
Book multiple add-ons via SmartBot
When a guest selects a service add-on, SmartBot will suggest others that might interest them.
SmartBot will then pair the guest with an ideal service provider for their entire booking.
