Learn how guests can book more than one service via SmartBot

Due to popular demand, Multiple services booking in SmartBot via Webstore redirection is now available.

Leveraging this feature, guests can book more than one service via SmartBot.

Here's how:

  • The service selection prompt will have ‘Multiple services booking’ as an option. If a guest clicks on it, they get redirected to the Webstore via a URL.

  • If the guest types in two or more service names, the bot will recognize it as a request for multiple services and provide the Webstore URL for redirection.

Book multiple add-ons via SmartBot

When a guest selects a service add-on, SmartBot will suggest others that might interest them.

SmartBot will then pair the guest with an ideal service provider for their entire booking.
