Learn how to access and monitor guest conversations in one place in the Inbox in the SmartBot Admin Interface

With SmartBox Inbox, you can effortlessly search for specific guest conversations and filter conversations by Users and Conversation channels.

To find a guest conversation via the search box:

Enter the guest's name, or the guest's phone number, in the search box and search.

To filter new users, existing users, and guests whose contact information is not captured:

1) Click on the drop-down menu under Users
2) Select from the following:

- New for a user with no guest profile in Zenoti
- Existing for a user with a guest profile in Zenoti
- Unknown for an interaction where the guest didn't provide the contact information on the web
​

To filter conversations for SMS, Web, or Agent Handover:

1) Click on the drop-down menu under Conversations
2) Select from the following:
​
- SMS to view all SMS Bot conversations

- Web to view all Web Bot conversations

- Agent Handover to view all Bot conversations handed over to an agent

- All to include conversations across all channels

To view past conversations:

Simply scroll down the conversations on the left panel.
