You can add a private note to a conversation. Private Notes help keep everyone up-to-date and are only visible to ezConnect users and customers/guests will never see these private notes.

To add a private note, open any guest conversation and click on private note tab

You can simply type a note or you can also @ mention a co-worker to pull them into a conversation or simply to notify them.
