It's important that you add all the review sites listed on your business, so you get a unified dashboard to monitor and respond to, get instant automated alerts, and also get more reviews on your preferred sites to initiate.
Let us look at the steps to add and delete a review site.
Go to settings.
If you are a single location business, hover over reviews and click on review sites under the monitoring.
And if you are a multi-location or an enterprise-level user, click on the desired location, hover over reviews, and select review sites
If you would like to add a new review site, click on add monitoring now, select or search the review source by clicking on the dropdown button provided parallel to the source, then paste your business page URL of the same source and click on save
After you save, this might take up to a few minutes to verify the URL. Once verified, you will notice a checkmark symbol under the status tab. And that also resembles your site is currently being monitored under the provided source
To delete a review site that is being monitored hover over the menu. Icon portrayed as three vertical dots, select delete from the options. You'll view a dialogue box to confirm the deletion click on delete to remove the review site from the monitoring post elation. Finally, you will notice the site has been removed from the monitoring.
