Setup Competitors

In the Settings section, click on Competitors. In the top right corner, click on Add Competitors to add the competitors you would like to collect Insights on. Once you add a competitor, hover over the three dots to the right and click Setup. In the top right corner, click Add Location and add the competitors’ location. Once you add a location, hover over the three dots to the right and click Setup. In the top right corner, click Add Monitoring to add the review sites you would like to monitor for that location. You can add multiple locations for one competitor and track the review sites you find most valuable.

View Insights

In the Competitors section, you can see several different views of your data: Overviews; Insights; Reviews. Within each category, you can get an overview of all competitors that you have added, dive deeper into different categories, positive and negative sentiment, and even help the platform learn what you are looking for.
