Our Insights platform is designed to analyze reviews to find the root cause of any problem and spur decisive action from executives down to the frontlines.

Checklist

Setup Categories

In the Settings section, hover over Insights and click on Setup Categories. At the top, click Add New Category. Add the Category that you would like to set up and add the Keywords you would like to add to that Category. You can Edit or Delete categories once you have made one.

Setup Keywords and Adjectives

In the Settings section, hover over Insights and click on Setup Keywords and Adjectives. Here you can whitelist or blacklist keywords and adjectives. You can Edit or Delete categories once you have made one.

View Insights

In the Insights section you can see several different views of your data: categories by location, region, state; Categories; Topics; Snippets. Within each category you can dive deeper into different categories, positive and negative sentiment, and even help the platform learn what you are looking for.
