ezRepute seamlessly integrates with your social media pages to help promote brand content. Once integrated, the link created between your social channels will help automate the following functions from your ezRepute account:

1. Promote your best reviews collected from other review sites and publish them as posts on your company's social media pages.

2. Allow ezRepute to fetch reviews from your integrated social pages (Facebook and Google) to help seamless monitoring.

3. Ability to respond to business reviews posted on the integrated pages.

4. Publish branding content on your social media pages to engage with your followers.

Now, select the Facebook pages you want and click the 'Add' button to connect the pages with ezRepute.

The selected pages will now be successfully connected. You can also view the 'Connected' status next to the pages you had chosen. NOTE: A 'Green' dot appearing next to the page name indicates that the page is successfully mapped and a 'Red' dot indicates an error in integration.

Once saved, your Facebook page(s) will be integrated with ezRepute.

Once you have integrated all the Facebook pages with ezRepute, it is now important to ensure that each page is linked to the correct ezRepute location. NOTE: In a single-location account, the Facebook page will be automatically mapped to the location.

After the Facebook pages are successfully integrated, you can map the pages with their respective locations. Navigate to the location with which you want to map a page and click on the corresponding 'Select page' drop-down menu. Select the page you want to map with the location from the list of all connected pages.

NOTE: If there is a mismatch between the location information added on the Facebook page and the location added on ezRepute, you need to confirm whether you still want to map the page.

Now, you can view the page(s) mapped with the corresponding business location(s). NOTE: A 'Green' dot next to the page(s) indicates that the integration is live, and a 'Red' dot indicates a broken integration.
