If you haven’t connected to your Google My Business and Facebook page, you will see a blue Connect button to the right of those listings. If you want Listings to update the data for those two sources they must be connected. If you don’t want Listings to update those two sources and you want to manage them manually, you can leave it disconnected.

How to integrate your social media pages?

EzRepute seamlessly integrates with your social media pages to help promote brand content. Once integrated, the link created between your social channels will help automate the following functions from your EzRepute account:

1. Promote your best reviews collected from other review sites and publish them as posts on your company's social media pages.

2. Allow ezRepute to fetch reviews from your integrated social pages (Facebook and Google) to help seamless monitoring.

3. Ability to respond to business reviews posted on the integrated pages.

4. Publish branding content on your social media pages to engage with your followers.

To integrate your business social media page(s) with ezRepute, click on the 'Settings' tab located on the left navigation rail. Now, hover over the 'Integrations' tab and select the 'Social' option.

NOTE: To understand how to integrate a social page, let's consider the example of a Google My Business (GMB) page. The process is the same for Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

To start the integration process, click on the 'Connect Google' button. On the next screen, ezRepute prompts you to log into your Gmail account. If you are already logged in, select the Gmail account to continue.

Next, you need to allow ezRepute to access your GMB account. Click on the 'Allow' button to continue.

Now, EzRepute will attempt to fetch the GMB pages from your Google account.

Select the GMB page you want to add to your ezRepute account.

On the next screen, a notification will appear confirming the successful integration.

NOTE: A 'Green dot' next to the page name indicates that the integration is successful, and a 'Red dot' indicates a broken integration.

After integrating the page, you need to update the logo, and brand name and edit the welcome message and message for outside business hours to manage your GMB messages.

On the next screen, you need to confirm whether the brand logo and name are correct. IMPORTANT: You will not be able to change these after you’ve saved them.

NOTE: ezRepute takes 5-30 minutes to complete this process.

Similarly, you can also integrate Facebook and Twitter company pages.
