❏ Complete Profile - How to Optimize the Listings? | Simplified.io Help Center

❏ Fix Listings - Once your Profile is updated, go to Listings and click Fix Your Listings at the top of the page. Here you can add additional categories that will be published to the sites that take them. Once you have added at least one category, you can click Fix Listings at the bottom. Usually, it takes around 2-3 days or at most one week for the business listings to go live. But, on some occasions, you will see a ‘Submitted’ status against a specific listing.

❏ Update Listings -

If you ever update your Profile information and want to update your Listings with that data, you can go back into Listings and click Update My Business Info.

❏ Download listings report - ezRepute provides you with the ability to download the online listings report so that you can view the status of your online listings. To download the Online listings, report from the dashboard in a PDF document, go to the ‘Listings’ tab. Now, click on the 'Actions' drop-down button and select the 'Download PDF' option. The Online Listings report will be downloaded onto your system in PDF format. The first section of this report will show you the current status of your online listings and the second part will show you what your listings looked like before you signed up with ezRepute
