You can invite your team by simply selecting their names and invite them in one click.

  1. Navigate to the Menu icon on ezPulse.

  2. Click on invite users

  3. Search for your team members, send invite or invite them all using the Select All option

    1. On click of Send Invite, users will get an email on file, inviting them to join ezPulse on behalf of your organization. The email includes instructions to download the app and the benefits of being on ezPulse.

    2. Users just need to download the app, login with their Zenoti user name and password.

  4. Users who have been invited but haven't logged into the application will be seen under the Pending section. The pending count is displayed.

    1. You can re-send the invite to one, few or all of them. The email will be resent to the users.

  5. Users who have been invited and successfully logged into the application will be seen under the Accepted Section. The Accepted count is displayed.
