Can I Pick and Choose Metrics

You can select and display those metrics that are relevant to your organization.

  1. Owners and managers can now log into https://ezpulse.simplified.io, navigate to settings, and select metric configuration.

2. Under Metric configuration, the system displays all available metrics. Use the check box on the right end of the screen to select metrics.

3. You can search using the search filter (or)

  • Click on the tabs to View Metrics by Type and Select metrics

  • You can also toggle to view ALL vs Selected metrics vs Unselected metrics in each of the metric Types or All metric views.

4. Select the metrics that are relevant for your organization and save. Once saved, ezPulse app for your organization will display only these metrics.

If you want some metrics to be available in specific zones or centers ONLY, you can choose them under Center details.



Note: If you are a Zone / Center level user, you will be able to select/unselect metrics only for zones/centers that you have access to. Changes for entire Organization level will now be restricted.

FAQ's on how metrics selection impacts the other views in ezPulse

  1. How many metrics can I select?

    1. You should select a minimum of 3 metrics, and a maximum of 12 on the Lite version. ezPulse Pro version allows you to select unlimited metrics.

    2. If you are a new organization, we preselect some default metrics to get you started. You can choose other metrics as per your needs later.

  2. Can I configure this per user?

    1. No, It's at an organization, zone, and center level.

  3. Who can set this configuration?

    1. Any user who is a manager/owner/franchise owner/leader can change this configuration.

    2. *Update*
      -An org-level business user can change the configuration for the entire org.
      -A zone (franchise) level business user can only change the configuration for their zones. They will NO LONGER have access to view metric configurations for the entire org.
      -A center-level business user can change the configuration for their center only. They will NO LONGER have access to view metric configurations for the entire org and zones.

  4. I currently have the default selection of 10 metrics and reduced it to 6, what happens to my goals?

    1. No change to published goals, and

    2. For draft goals, the metrics that have been unselected will be removed those metrics.

      1. If you added any metric that wasn't available to your organization, the goal will display the metric. Targets need to be defined for the draft goals.

  5. Who can access the metric configuration page?

    1. This is only accessible to business users of ezPulse.

    2. *Update*
      We have now updated the access level for the metric configuration page.

      1. If you are an org-level user, you will be able to access the metric configuration page for the entire org.

      2. Franchise / Zone level business users will ONLY have access to enable/disable metrics for their zones. They will NOT be able to interact with Org data anymore.

      3. Center-level business users will ONLY have access to enable/disable metrics for their centers. They will NOT be able to interact with org and zone data anymore.

  6. A provider has a role in center A and center B and Collections metric is available for Center A but not for Center B. What will the provider see in the app?

    1. To keep reporting easy, we will show the union of selected metrics for such users in the app. As at least one center that the user is associated with has that metric selected, s/he will be able to see the Collections metric for both centers in the app.
