Why am I not able to create a goal?
To create a goal you need to be either a manager or owner.
Why am I not able to save a goal?
A goal can only be created for a period and goal type. eg: if you are creating a monthly goal for the center for the month of August 2021, you now try to select the goal type as Center, pick the period as Monthly, and select the month as August 2021, the system will not permit creating another goal for the same period and type.
If there was no employee goal set previously for Aug 2021 and you attempt to create an employee goal for August 2021, the system will save the goal.
Why am I not able to see a goal on the ezPulse mobile app?
If the goal is in draft state or deactivated, it won't be visible on the ezPulse mobile app.
Why are providers not able to see any other goal data or center goals?
Only managers or owners who have access to the location will be able to see goal data for all employees of that location on the mobile app
Center-level goals are always visible only to managers/owners on the mobile app, provided it was published
If I have 10 employees at a center and I am defining a goal for 5 employees, what do the remaining five employees see?
The 5 employees who don't have goals defined for them will see a message to denote that no goals have been created for them for the selected period.
Can I create goals for the past dates?
Goals can be created for the current periods.
If it's monthly, and the current date is August 5, 2023, you can create a monthly goal for August 2023.
If it's monthly, and the current date is August 15, 2023, you can create a monthly goal for August 2023.
If it's monthly, and the current date is Sep 1, 2023, you can not create a monthly goal for August 2023.
Weekly goal: you can create a weekly provided the calendar day elapsed isn't greater than 7 days.
Can I delete a goal?
Yes, you can delete a draft goal or a published goal. When you delete a published goal, all staff will not be able to see the goal anymore.
They will be notified that the goal was deleted
Can I modify a goal that I just published?
Yes, you can. If targets are modified and published, users will be notified that the goal has been updated.
Can I revoke a goal that I just published?
Yes, you can move a goal back to draft. Once moved to drafts, users will not be able to see the goal in the mobile app until the goal is published again.
