This metric looks at how many guests(Their invoices) came into the business and rebooked an appointment for a future date. It takes the total number of invoices that have a rebooked appointment and divides it by the total number of appointments within the time period. This is done based on the appointment date and only closed appointments

  • Example - There where 10 customers with 10 invoices who came in between 1st Dec - 10th Dec out of which 3 customers with 3 invoices rebooked for a future date. The rebooking % will show 30%
