As a Manager or owner, you can set goals from the web interface of ezPulse. Open the link https://ezpulse.simplified.io on a browser (chrome/edge/safari) on a Mac/laptop/desktop.

Login with your Zenoti username and password. On successful login, you will see the goals listing page, which displays all the goals defined for your organization.

Initially the goal listing screen will be empty.

To create a new goal, click on New Goal

Create a new Goal :

  • Clicking on new goal with launch the goal details page.

  • Pick your center for which you want to define the goal , Goal type (Employee or Center) and the period of the goal. For the period (eg: monthly, select Aug 2021), select the value

  • If your business defines weekly goals, please define the start day of the week for your organization. Click here to learn more

  • Clicking on Next or Save, creates a draft of the goal

Employee goal definition :

Displays the list of employees for the center. Enter the values for the different metrics and click save your goal.

Goals need to be published to be visible on the mobile device. Goals once published can also be edited or moved to draft if more time is needed.

Center Goal Definition:

Displays the list of metrics available. Enter the values for the different metrics and click save your goal.

Center goals are visible only to managers and owners on the mobile device on publish.

Please note, Center goal values and employee goal values are independent. (eg: if you have 3 employees and are defining collection goals for August 2021 as $2000, $4000, $6000. If you define a center level goal also for August 2021, then collection target need not be $12,000. It can be any value decided as the target)

Goals need to be published to be visible on the mobile device. Goals once published can also be edited or moved to draft as needed.
