If you are a private beta user, you will not be able to send messages to other employees.

Currently, an employee that has access to ezpulse will only show up in your list to send a message.

After ezpulse is in public beta, you will be able to send a message to any employee and they will be able to respond to you from products that have the engage functionality integrated or from ezpulse if they have access.
