Included:
Memberships sold to guests who have never had a membership.
Memberships sold to guests with no active membership in the two days prior to purchase (for example, if a membership ends on day T, any new membership purchased on or after T+2 counts as a conversion).
Excluded:
Memberships sold to guests who had an active membership within the two days prior to purchase.
Important:
Conversion % is calculated as (Conversions ÷ New Member Sales) × 100.
Example:
A guest’s membership ends on July 1st (T). If they purchase a new membership on July 3rd or later (T+2), it is counted as a conversion.
