Inactive Members tracks the number of unique guests who, by the end of the day, have no fully active membership due to suspension, freezing, inactivity, or a waived invoice.
Key Rules:
Excluded: Interim freezes or suspensions that are reversed on the same day.
Timing: Status captured based on end-of-day state.
Important:
Only permanent (not temporary) status changes count for the day.
Example:
A membership that moves into suspension by end of day is counted as Inactive, even if it was active at the start of the day.
