Active Members shows the number of unique guests who have at least one membership where both the Membership Status and Recurring Status are Active at the end of the day.
Key Rules:
Excluded: Memberships linked to a waived invoice, even if marked active.
Timing: Measured based on the status at the end of each day.
Important:
Guests scheduled for an upgrade, downgrade, or transfer remain Active under their current membership until the scheduled change date.
Example:
A member’s status is Active today but scheduled to upgrade tomorrow.
They are still counted as an Active member for today.
