New Member Sales counts the total number of memberships sold during the selected period.

A sale is counted when the sale invoice is closed, regardless of whether the membership is upgraded, downgraded, canceled, or expired on the same day.

Key Rules:

  • Excluded: Auto-renewals, upgrades, downgrades, reinstatements, pre-sold memberships (future dated without activation), pending direct debit sales.

  • Timing: Sale is recorded based on the invoice closure date.

Important:

Even if a membership is canceled, upgraded, or downgraded on the same day as the sale, it is still counted once as a New Member Sale.

Example:

A guest buys a membership today and cancels it the same day. It still counts as 1 New Member Sale.
